I had been using the Face Essentials (Dry / Mature) cleanser, toner and moisturiser for 9 days and my face was looking and feeling good however my under eye area became sensitive to touch, I tried avoiding the products in this area but it was too late the skin under my eyes became more swollen, dry and irritated until I had to stop using 12 days after starting. Super disappointing. I also reached out on instagram and received no response so there is no one actively helping buyers on their social media. I purchased after budgeting and saving up for it and now it’s just sitting on my bathroom counter unusable.
