    Hydrate from the inside out by increasing your water intake and enjoying hydrating beverages like herbal teas and nourishing broths. And don't forget to fortify your skin's moisture barrier with hydrating skincare products that contain ingredients like vitamins A, C and E.  Aim for at least 8 glasses of water per day,

  2. Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Incorporate foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids into your diet, as they help promote skin health and hydration. Include sources such as fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines), chia seeds, flaxseeds, and walnuts.

  3. Antioxidant-Rich Fruits and Vegetables: Enjoy a colourful array of fruits and vegetables that are high in antioxidants. These include berries, citrus fruits, leafy greens, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Antioxidants help protect your skin from oxidative stress and support its overall health.

  4. Healthy Fats: Include healthy fats in your diet to support skin hydration. Avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, and nuts are excellent sources of nourishing fats that can help improve skin elasticity and moisture.

  5. Vitamin C: Boost your intake of vitamin C-rich foods like oranges, strawberries, kiwi, and red capsicum. Vitamin C is crucial for collagen production, which plays a vital role in maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
