DRY SKIN BODY BRUSHING

My before shower ritual consists of body brushing. It is a little thing I do which takes a couple of minutes, but I just love the ritual and the benefits. Since body brushing I have noticed a real improvement in the softness of my skin all over.

Body brushing can actually improve cellulite (!) because it helps to drain toxins, stimulates the skin and also the lymphatic system. It also improves circulation and I find it reduces muscle tension and energises me for the day.

Brush from your feet upward and toward your heart, and go for as long as you have time. For me its usually 2 minutes, but can be up to 20mins if you have the time!
